During this difficult time, we at Ross Brown Optical will be doing our very best to keep all our stores open for your eye care needs however we do ask for your understanding as a few of our procedures have changed.
• On entering our stores please wait for a staff member to attend to you for hand sanitisation.
• We have restrictions in place on the number of people in the stores at any one time which will be displayed at the entry.
• If you are currently unwell or experiencing any respiratory symptoms at all we ask you call us on the phone instead of coming into the store.
• Your optometrist will be masked, and thorough de-contamination procedures will be practiced with all patients even if you are well.
We appreciate your understanding and your patience as we aim to continue to help the community with their eye care needs during this difficult time.
Like the flu virus, the eyes are a source of infection - not to others but to yourself. Touching your eyes after touching a shopping trolley is one way to catch this.
Best Wishes, Stay Safe and Don’t touch your eyes!
